At Rawah Saffron, we are committed to delivering premium-quality saffron.
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.
Exceptions
A replacement or refund may be provided only in the following cases:
You receive a damaged product.
You receive an incorrect product.
The product is significantly damaged during transit.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
